Nanjing Museum launches exhibition of bird-and-flower paintings

An exhibition of bird-and-flower paintings is open to the public at the Nanjing Museum in East China’s Jiangsu province until March 28.

It showcases nearly 100 works by well-known Chinese artists, such as Emperor Huizong (r.1101-25) of the Song Dynasty (960-1279), Lin Liang (1428-94), a court painter of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), and Qi Baishi (1864-1957), a modern Chinese painter.
