Tai Chi was added to UNESCO's intangible cultural heritage list recently. It is a traditional physical practice characterized by relaxed, circular movements that works in harmony with breath regulation and the cultivation of a righteous and neutral mind. Chenjiagou village in Central China’s Henan province is the birthplace of Tai Chi and is now a national 4A-level tourist attraction with a rich history and culture.
