On Nov 30, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 12 new cases of confirmed infections (8 imported cases, 2 in Shanghai municipality, 2 in Fujian province, 2 in Sichuan province, 1 in Beijing municipality and 1 in Shaanxi province; 4 indigenous cases in Inner Mongolia autonomous region), no new cases of suspected infections, and no deaths. 12 patients were released from hospital after being cured. 305 people who had had close contact with infected patients were freed from medical observation. Serious cases increased by 1.
As of 24:00 on Nov 30, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland had reported 3,866 cases of imported confirmed infections and no deaths. In all, 3,621 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 245 confirmed cases (including 3 cases in serious condition) and 4 suspected cases.
As of 24:00 on Nov 30, the National Health Commission had received reports of 86,542 confirmed cases and 4,634 deaths in 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland, and in all 81,631 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 277 confirmed cases (including 8 cases in serious condition) and 6 suspected cases. 880,179 people had been identified as having had close contact with infected patients. 7,147 were still under medical observation.
On Nov 30, 31 provincial-level regions and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland reported 5 new asymptomatic cases (including 4 imported cases). 17 asymptomatic cases were freed from medical observation (all were imported cases) and 5 asymptomatic cases became confirmed cases (including 2 imported cases). As of 24:00 on Nov 30, 264 asymptomatic cases were still under medical observation (including 259 imported cases).
As of 24:00 on Nov 30, 7,035 confirmed infections had been reported in the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and Taiwan province: 6,314 in Hong Kong (109 had died and 5,344 had been cured and discharged from hospital), 46 in Macao (all had been cured and discharged from hospital) and 675 in Taiwan (7 had died and 565 had been cured and discharged from hospital).
