Shanxi University honors star teachers

Shanxi University (SXU) held a commendation conference for teachers on Sept 10 -- China's Teachers' Day.

Thirty teachers at the conference -- 10 in each category -- walked away with the honorary titles of 2020 top teaching models, best models for teaching ethics and style and the top young teachers.

Huang Guitian, president of the university, congratulated the teachers who were honored, as well as expressing his great respect to the faculty and retired faculty members for their contributions to education cause and development of the university.

The conference was also broadcast live online, with more than 10,000 people viewing.
