Established by women's federations at community and village levels, "women's Homes" have become major platforms of women's federations to provide women with services. Advocacy, education and rights protection events can be held at "Women's Homes". In recent years, women's federations have set up branches in private enterprises, sci-tech industrial parks, and industries with a large number or female migrants, in a bid to help women to protect their legitimate rights, seek employment, start up businesses, receive education and training, educate children, attend community-based cultural events, consult marriage and ramify issues, and seek help and support.
