Our open Ordos always welcomes you with open arms, but during this special period of epidemic prevention and control, we hope that you will work with us to jointly create a safe and secure living environment.

We suggest the following:

Inform us of your travel plans

If you have upcoming plans to travel to Ordos, please contact your inviter, company, community, friends or relatives to get the latest information about the epidemic. Please tell them when you will enter China and when you will arrive in Ordos, and we will provide you with travel recommendations. If you are currently in a severely affected country or region, you are advised to postpone your visit.

Cooperate with epidemic prevention inspections

Please inform the epidemic prevention and control department of your health status and travel history over the past 14 days within one hour of when you arrive in Ordos.

If you are from a country or region with a severe epidemic situation or are a returning Chinese citizen, please actively comply with the local epidemic prevention and control requirements and strictly implement the control measures for centralized quarantine and medical observation for 14 days.

During the quarantine observation period, we will make every effort to do a good job in health management and services.

Take self-protection measures

Please remain vigilant and take self-protection precautions while traveling. Do not participate in public gatherings and avoid crowded places. Reduce outdoor activities as much as possible and wear masks when going out. If symptoms such as a fever, cough, headache, fatigue or dyspnea occur, please notify your residential community or company and seek immediate medical treatment at designated hospitals.

Please pay attention to official authoritative epidemic information released by Ordos' epidemic prevention and control department, or follow the official WeChat accounts of "Ordos Release"(鄂尔多斯发布) and "Ordos Headlines" (鄂尔多斯头条) and the "Ordos News Network”(鄂尔多斯新闻网).
