Hospital addresses inconvenience of visually impaired patients

The hospital designed a system to address the inconvenience of the visually impaired patients in medical treatment. The system includes such devices as braille printer, medication reminder, wearables and Mobile Apps, from which visually impaired people can get access to professional medical advice and medication guidance. Among these devices, the braille printers used by doctors help imprint braille prescriptions for the blind patients and more than 300 visually-impaired people have benefited from it. [Photo/Xinhua]
