Art Macao brightens up the city's summer

During Art Macao, a total of 41 activities, including international art exhibitions, performances, celebrations and visual arts shows are staged at 55 venues around Macao from June to October, presenting a big cultural feast that brightens up the summer.

As the main venue for Art Macao, the Macao Museum of Art has set up several major exhibitions, such as an international art show exhibiting paintings, porcelain, sculpture and multimedia artworks, as well as a collaborated show with the National Art Museum of China in Beijing, exhibiting nearly 90 pieces of excellent works by modern art masters. The cooperative exhibition celebrates the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, as well as the 20th anniversary of Macao's return to the motherland and the 20th anniversary of the museum's founding.
