When asked why they dance in this way, they said they had no other choice.– The area where they dance is between two close residential buildings, so noise echoed and disturbed nearby residents. Surrounding merchants and residents used to complain about the noise they made. Some even splashed water or threw items from the upstairs floors of buildings close by.

The team leader, surnamed Yang, said the dancers didn’t want to annoy the neighbors, and that’s why she suggested the group dance with headsets.

This perfect solution has ended complaints, simply via a small transmitter which can set channels and transmit the signals, creating the music all the dancers listen to simultaneously.

"I bought the device at my own expense, while our dancers pay for their own headsets," Yang said. "Dancers can adjust the volume of their wireless headset and select stereo mode, which is very beneficial for us to enjoy dancing and not disturb others anymore. What a win-win solution!"
