AliCloud, the cloud computing arm of technology giant Alibaba Group, has announced a cooperation agreement with Guangdong 3vjia Information Technology Co, aimed at increasing data security in the housing industry.

Both sides have jointly launched an international platform, known as AiHouse, to create a housing technology ecosystem by using internet technologies in intelligent manufacturing.

Cai Zhisen, founder and chief executive officer of 3vjia, a company focused on design, production, and logistics in the housing industry through the use of a three-dimensional computing platform, said the company would build an open PaaS ecosystem through the integration of AI and big data technologies and the traditional housing industry.

“The platform is aimed at helping housing companies to increase the efficiency of design, manufacturing and sales in their one-stop service,” said Cai.

3vjia signed the agreement with AliCloud during a conference for housing industrial internet platforms, which was recently held in Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong province.

Deng Teichen, general manager of AliCloud South China, said the powerful AliCloud internet of things interconnecting technology can safeguard industrial data security for companies and customers.
