China to issue 2019 edition of the fifth set of RMB

The design of both the front and the reverse sides of the 5th set of the 2019 edition 50-yuan renminbi bill. The new design is similar to the previous edition, with only minute changes to be made to the printed patterns of both bills and coins. Compared with last edition of the notes, face color of the 2019 edition has been brightened. Its note structure effect has been optimized. [Photo/pbc.gov.cn]
