2018 work achievements
Indicators at the forefront of the country
Economic indicators:
GDP: 2.2 trillion yuan ($319.38 billion), an increase of 8.7 percent year on year
The growth rate is 2.1 percentage points higher than the national level, ranking fourth in the nation and first in Central China.
Provincial fiscal revenue: 379.5 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10.1 percent

Ecological environment:
The only province in China where all the prefecture-level cities have won the reputation of "national forest city" with the provincial forest coverage ratio of 63.1 percent

Poverty relief:
Population getting rid of poverty: 420,000
Villages getting rid of the title of "poverty": 1,000

Double-digital growth indicators:
Balance of local and foreign currency loans of financial institutions: 3 trillion yuan, up 18.1 percent compared the same period last year
Increase ratio of visitors’ number and tourism revenue: 19.7 percent and 26.6 percent
Added value of service industry accounted for 44.8 percent of GDP
Annual throughput growth of Ganzhou International Land Port: 71.4 percent
Annual throughput growth of Jiujiang Port: 28 percent
Annual passenger throughput growth of Changbei International Airport: 23.7 percent
Annual cargo throughput of Changbei International Airport: 58.1 percent

Indicators showing outstanding achievements:
The ratio of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries improved from 9.2:48.1:42.7 to 8.6:46.6:44.8
Added value of high-tech industry and strategic emerging industry accounted for 33.8 percent and 17.1 percent of the added value of industry above designated size
Unit GDP energy and water consumption was expected to decrease by 4.6 percent and 5 percent
Annual average concentration of PM2.5 decreased by 17.4 percent
Ratio of R&D expenditure to GDP: 1.4 percent
Ratio of livelihood expenditure to fiscal revenue: 80.1 percent
Public satisfaction: 96.91 percent

Other important indicators:
Actual use of foreign capital increased by 9.7 percent
Foreign trade exports: $33.96 billion, a year-on-year increase of 4.5 percent
