Vigorously improving education and training

We shall establish and develop the opinions and plans of training scheme on leaders in the judicial administrative system and strengthen the construction of training base, developing training materials and enhancing the quality of training teachers.

We shall carry out a series of special education training courses, concerning important issues such as the study of the spirit of the 18th National Congress and that of the third, fourth, fifth and sixth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, thoroughly studying and practicing of the spirit of general secretary Xi Jinping’s important addresses and key instructions on work of judicial administration, and comprehensively advancing rule of law.

We shall carry out trainings courses on the provincial and municipal judicial administrative organs, leading team members of detoxification prison units and the director of Justice, specialized training on new officers and officers on duty, as well as force training activities of people's police in detoxification prisons nationwide. We shall formulate and promulgate medium and long-term talent development plan within the judicial administrative system and focus on cultivating high-quality judicial administrative personnel.

By the end of 2016, each police officer within the judicial administrative system attend 1.09 training courses every year; while 96.9% of the police officers have obtained a degree above college diploma of three years.
