Hailuogou, Ganzi Tibetan autonomous prefecture
四川省甘孜州海螺沟景区 (sì chuān gān zī zhōu hǎi luó gōu jǐng qū)
Located in southeastern Ganzi Tibetan autonomous prefecture, Sichuan province, Hailuogou Scenic Spot is on the eastern slope of Gongga Mountain.
Hailuogou Scenic Area is a tourism scenic spot of the lowest elevation in eastern Asia. It offers visitors easy access to modern marine glaciers and original forests.
It includes several scenic spots, such as Yajia Love, Red Rocks Park, Yanzigou and Hailuogou scenic spots, as well as snow mountains and glaciers.
Hailuogou Glacier, at 14.7 kilometers long, is the longest of the 71 glaciers on Gongga Mountain. It covers 16 square km and its highest point reaches an altitude of 6,750 meters.

Note:
1. Please bring cold-proof and rain-proof clothes and don't wear high-heeled shoes, shoes with plastic soles or slippery shoes, shorts and skirt due to the variable weather on the mountain.
2. Please wear sunglasses to protect your eyes due to the strong reflected light off the ice and snow in winter.
