Becoming a reader:
Foreigners aged 16 or above: Passport or foreign permanent resident ID card required for applying for a Reader's Card.
Foreign children aged 13 to 15: Passports or other valid ID cards (original and hard copies) required for applying for a Reader's Card. The child needs to be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the application.
Foreign children aged under 13: Passports or other valid ID cards of both child and their guardians (original and hard copies) required for applying for the Reader's Card of Children's Library. The child needs to be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the application.
