1. Investors may contact the investment promotion department and departments of agriculture, industry, mining, transportation, and tourism to obtain detailed information on the projects of interest and determine investment projects in Tibet.
2. Investors need to provide letters of intent or project proposals, contractual articles of association and attachments and credit certificates based on the nature of the companies they invest in.
3. The project examination and approval will be completed in a one-stop manner. The project approval, land use, and industrial and commercial registration procedure of projects that meet the requirements will be completed within five days.
4. Priority will be given to the entry and exit and the short-term and long-term residence procedures of personnel of foreign-invested enterprises in accordance with relevant regulations.
