Qomolangma is the main peak of the Himalayas, also the highest peak in the world. Qomolangma is the highest mountain above sea level in the world. According to the Chinese State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping in 2005, the rock height was 8844.43 meters, while in Nepal, the snow height was 8848 meters. In 2010, the two countries officially recognized each other's data. In addition to being the highest mountain, it is also the fifth-highest distance to the center of the earth.
