Yili wins recognition for deep processing of agricultural products

Yili, with its high-quality development model in the dairy industry, successfully made it onto the 2023 list of "Typical Enterprises for Deep Processing of Agricultural Products", announced at the National Conference on the Agricultural Product Deep Processing Industry Chain, which was held in Nanning from Feb 28 to March 1.

This list was solicited by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, aiming to identify enterprises with high-quality development potential, stable industrial integration models, the ability to drive rural economic development, and demonstrate a leading role in the industry.

Yili has continuously achieved innovative breakthroughs in food processing technology research. It has built a thermal processing and homogenization integrated technology platform, thus creating a new category of ambient yogurt and achieving a new pattern of leading industry development. Through integrated innovation in ultrafiltration technology, Yili has optimized key components such as protein, calcium, and fat in reconstituted milk, achieving "high-protein + high-calcium" products.
