In 2023, Alshaa customs issued a total of 720 certificates of origin, demonstrating its unwavering commitment to facilitating the high-quality development of foreign trade in Alshaa League, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region.

This marked a remarkable 144.9 percent increase compared to the previous year. The total value of the certified goods amounted to $132.95 million, reflecting a substantial 109.5 percent surge. As a result, businesses enjoyed tariff reduction benefits worth approximately 3.4 million yuan ($473,351).

To aid struggling enterprises and propel the steady growth of its export trade, Alshaa Customs introduced a "reservation inspection" measure in 2023. This initiative provided a one-stop "declaration, inspection, certification, and release" service that ensured inspections and certificate issuance were completed on a daily basis. This also guaranteed the stability and growth of business orders.

According to customs statistics, Alshaa League's total foreign trade import and export volume in 2023 reached 13.01 billion yuan, marking a notable 157.6 percent year-on-year increase and ranking third in the autonomous region in terms of growth rate.

The total import and export value of private enterprises amounted to 12.7 billion yuan, reflecting a substantial 184.6 percent year-on-year increase and constituting 97.2 percent of the league's total import and export value. This resulted in a two-place rise in the league's foreign trade import and export rankings when compared to the same period last year.
