At the end of November, Ho Family Garden's classical charm embraces a serene winter allure, painting a tranquil backdrop against the lowering temperatures.

Stealing the spotlight in this season is the Japanese maple. With a shape that resembles chicken claws and the color of a winter flame, the maple cast vibrant hues onto the otherwise chilly landscape.

Ho Family Garden, situated in the heart of Yangzhou, is home to three Japanese maples, with one particularly captivating standing gracefully in front of Shuixin Pavilion. Its elegant posture, entwined with pavilions, terraces, and rocks, crafts a picturesque scene, making it the winter jewel of the garden.

Under the pavilion, visitors quietly admire the swaying branches and elegant leaves of the maple, witnessing a captivating transformation from green to yellow and finally to maroon, adding a touch of warmth and vitality to the wintry surroundings.
