Jinan's first unmanned driving AI education center launched

The Artificial Intelligence Education Demonstration Center of the Jinan Innovation Zone was recently launched.

This is the first artificial intelligence education demonstration center project in Jinan that is dedicated to unmanned driving technology.

Representing an investment of 18 million yuan ($2.48 million) and covering an area of over 2,000 square meters, the center consists of eight artificial intelligence laboratories and one high-end comprehensive exhibition hall.

The center also has an artificial intelligence science and technology exhibition experience hall and an artificial intelligence teaching laboratory. It will be used to offer science and practical teaching, artificial intelligence teacher training, competition training and guidance, and student grading training and guidance.

The center will also provide services including study tours, after-school services, teacher training, and competition guidance to more than 50,000 teachers and students each academic year.

In recent years, the Jinan Innovation Zone has been bolstering efforts to develop information construction, integration and innovation of information technology and education from various aspects, such as the construction of a smart education platform, the management of teaching and research resources, and the innovation of teaching methods.
