The Geological Gallery narrates the epic stories of two billion years of geological change in the region, and gives a general introduction to background information such as earth structure, geological time scales, biological evolution, continental shift, and climate change.

The Ecosystem Gallery introduces the subject of ecology through multimedia and interactive installations, raising public awareness of the impacts of human activities on ecosystems and the crises these are causing.

The Behring World Gallery contrasts the ecosystems and animal species of Africa and North America and tells the story of a rich and diverse animal world, which has been formed by great changes including tectonic plate movements, sea-level fluctuation, animal diffusion and adaptive evolution.

The Dinosaur Gallery displays the world's most iconic dinosaurs and shows how they lived their lives, with a special focus on local dinosaurs.

The Natural Art Gallery represents the beauty of the universe, the earth, and life, cultivating and inspiring the public's ability to discover and experience beauty, and in turn reflect on the harmonious coexistence of humans and nature.

The Marine Gallery aims to construct a three-dimensional space for visitors to embark on an exploratory journey, from shallow waters to deep ocean.
