2023 Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Ecological Marathon to be held

The 2023 Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Ecological Marathon Running Group Warm-up Race will be held on February 26. From now to February 24, you can register for the race through the WeChat official account “Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Ecological Marathon”.

The race will be divided into individual race and group race. A running group must consist of at least 10 people, including at least 2 female members. Runners shall be over 14 years old and under 70 years old. Participants under the age of 18 need to show a disclaimer signed by their guardian or legal representative.

There will be 1,000 people taking part in this race with an 8-kilometer running distance. The course will start from Wujiayu Ticket Station Square of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Scenic Area), pass through Baizhang Valley and reach Chaqiyu Neighborhood Committee of Xiehe Township of Wuling Mountain Avenue Scenic Area. Along the way, there are high cliffs and streams with picturesque scenery. Runners can enjoy the beautiful spring scenery of Baizhang Valley while running.

All runners participating in this race can enter Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Scenic Area) for free from February 25 to February 27, 2023 with their race number cloth and valid ID card.

This event will show the beautiful natural scenery of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Scenic Area), integrate ecology and sports and create a unique brand of ecological marathon.
