Some of the many local residents who spent their New Year’s holidays at the Nanjing Museum in East China’s Jiangsu province are shown in the photos below. The gallery’s exhibition ‘Crystallization: Minerals and Civilization’ displays a total of 350 pieces of fine minerals from all over the world as well as nearly 100 precious mineral-related paintings and crafts, including bronzes, cloisonné enamel, porcelain, zisha wares, gold and silverwares, and jewelry.
