Biancheng Town is located on the border of Hunan, Guizhou and Chongqing. It was called Chadong Town before 2005.

The Chinese writer Shen Congwen(1902-1988) combined the town’s beautiful scenery and rich customs with the simple life of a local to outline its rural pastoral style in his novel Border Town.The tourist attractions,such as the Cuicui Island, the Miao people's stilted buildings on the riverside, waterfalls and the Xianren Cave, have drawn many visitors to the town.

Location:Biancheng town, Huayuan county, Xiangxi Tujia and Miao autonomous prefecture, Hunan province

Admission:20 yuan ($2.85)/person
