Livestreaming activity - "explore Quzhou · come with virtue" (寻品衢州·有礼而来) was launched in Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province on July 15.

Tang Feifan, mayor of Quzhou, announced the launch of the activity and inaugurated "Southern Confucianism livestreaming outstanding hosts alliance" with other officials participating in the event.

A series of signing activities were also conducted at the event. Logistics companies represented by SF Express and China Post signed cooperation agreements with the alliance.

In recent years, Quzhou has made great efforts to promote the development of livestreaming e-commerce with the goal of establishing "the first sub-central city of digital economy in China".

Since the beginning of 2020, the city has carried out more than 10,000 livestreaming e-commerce sessions and sold more than 23 million items. Driven by livestreaming e-commerce, in the first half of this year, the city achieved net revenue of 13.15 billion yuan ($1.8 billion), with a year-on-year growth of 32.1 percent, ranking first in Zhejiang province.
