Jinan residents from other countries have long helped the city develop and become increasingly well-known around the world.

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, people from all corners of the world have taken timely action. Jinan has received donations from all over the world.

With your support, our epidemic control measures are proving successful, with life now returning to normal. We are touched and inspired by your help. Thank you!

COVID-19 is continuing to spread globally. WHO has declared the epidemic a "pandemic", and everyone around the world is increasingly at risk. Thus, we would like to offer the following advice:

Please keep up to date on the epidemic, following local laws and regulations while ensuring you have the proper medical materials and living necessities. Also keep in touch with your friends and family.

Please avoid going out or gathering unless necessary, wear masks outdoors, wash your hands regularly, enhance safety awareness, and take self-protection measures. Please postpone your travel plans or return to Jinan if possible. Travel by plane, train, bus, ship, etc., are conducive to infection. Those who really need to go out or return to Jinan should avoid countries and regions severely affected by the epidemic.

Overseas returnees must be quarantined for 14 days at their own expense. If you must return to Jinan, please report and register your information at least 48 hours in advance. Those who have been in China for less than 14 days and have not reported to their community (village) or workplaces must report and register through the "Jinan Governance" Wechat account or at http://jn.sdboon.com:81/enterCountry .

If your legitimate rights and interests overseas are infringed or you need assistance in an emergency, you can contact the local police and the nearest Chinese embassy or consulate for help.

If they are not available, please call the global emergency center for consular protection and services from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (12308 hotline). In China, you can call 010-12308 or 010-59913991, and abroad you can dial +86-10-12308 or +86-10-59913991, or add the WeChat account or WeChat mini program of the 12308 hotline for real-time help.

We may be separated by oceans, but our hearts will always be one. Thank you for all you have done for the great city of Jinan. Let's wait for the spring flowers to bloom and admire them together.
