Wuhan builds 11 temporary hospitals offering thousands of beds to patients

The first batch of three makeshift hospitals (mobile cabin hospitals), built to treat confirmed cases of COVID-19 with mild symptoms, had been put into operation as of Feb 3. By Feb 12, Wuhan had built 11 such hospitals with a planned total of 9,029 beds. These hospitals can now offer 6,929 beds to treat patients, 5,101 of which have come into service.
