Sweet success, as strawberries boost income growth in Hohhot

Happy residents pick strawberries in a greenhouse located in Hohhot, capital city of North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Nov 27. The greenhouse is part of the Wulanbatu Fruit and Vegetable Plantation Park which covers an area of 0.25 square kilometers. A total of 173 greenhouses have been set up in the park, including 22 for strawberries with 208 different varieties of strawberries now grown in the area. [Photo/people.com.cn]
