Fuling Grand Theater is located in the central business district of Fuling. The interior of the theater adopts sedate and stable red as the dominant hue, and is a major venue for operas, musicals, dramas, symphonies, dances and other performances.

There are 1,038 seats in the auditorium, including 755 stalls and 283 seats in the circle. The grand theater has international-level stage facilities, including a lifting orchestra pit, stage lighting, sound and control system, all of which use high-end products from famous brands at home and abroad to meet the needs of various types of performances.

The proscenium stage consists of the main stage, the left and right side stage, aprons and an upstage. The main stage is 30 meters wide, and the proscenium is 15 meters in width and 8.5 meters in height. There are 10 dressing rooms in the theater, including one VIP dressing hall, which can accommodate nearly 100 people at the same time.
