The 1,600 seat Yunfeng Theater is located in the bustling Jing’an district. The stage is 18 meters deep, 23 meters wide and 21.5 meters high. The proscenium is 15 meters wide and 8.5 meters high, and the lift pool is 60 square meters. It has 42 electric booms and 180 controllable lights.
The dressing room can accommodate 250 people at most. There are also video halls, cafes and other facilities.
Yunfeng Theater receives a large number of foreign troupes each year. The Shanghai Yunrizhimu Art Troupe is now scheduled to perform at the Theater as well.
The troupe launched "Charming Shanghai: Acrobatics Special Performance" to meet the demand of overseas tourists. With an original design, pretty stage and bright rhythms, the highly skilled acrobatic programs are filled with both modern touches and Chinese national characteristics.
