Soybean futures open higher

DALIAN, Sept. 18 (Xinhua) -- Soybean futures opened higher Wednesday in daytime trading on the Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE).
The most active No.1 soybean contract for January 2020 delivery gained 22 yuan (about 3.11 U.S. dollars) to open at 3,486 yuan per tonne.
China is the world's largest soybean importer.
