Among the 47,000 students are 22,600 undergraduates, and 160 international students.

As one of the first universities in China to enroll international students, it has trained more than 5,000 overseas students from some 30 countries and regions, and established long-term academic exchanges and cooperation with a wide range of universities and research institutions across the world, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, Australia and South Korea.
