China (Langfang) International Economic and Trade Fair

China (Langfang) International Economic and Trade Fair, jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and the Hebei Provincial Government, is a national-level economic and trade activity approved by the State Council. With its history tracing back to 1984, the fair has been regularly held on May 18 every year in Langfang, Hebei province since 2000.

Themed "new strategy, new opportunity, and new growth driver", this year's fair organized 26 activities, including forums and trade shows. There were 2,223 guests from 43 countries and regions from around the world who attended the fair. A total of 163 agreements were signed at the fair on May 18, involving 125.37 billion yuan ($18.17 billion) of capital from outside the province and $3.02 billion of foreign capital.

The China (Langfang) International Economic and Trade Fair has now become an important name card for Hebei province, and a trade and investment promotion platform for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. It contributes a lot to the industrial transformation and upgrading of Hebei, and the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
