Wuhan Livat Shopping Center, located in Qiaokou district, is one of the biggest retail complexes in Hubei province.

Livat, developed and operated by Ikea, the Scandinavian-based furniture retailer, has opened three shopping centers in China, in Jiangsu province's Wuxi, Beijing and Hubei province's Wuhan. The three have a combined leasing area of 530,000 square meters, and received total investment of more than 10 billion yuan ($1.45 billion).

The shopping center in Qiaokou district enjoys convenient public transport as people can take Wuhan Metro Line 1 to the center directly. Meanwhile, the shopping center provides 4,700 indoor parking spaces to offer convenience for customers.

Other facilities such as free umbrellas, wheelchairs, baby carriages and commonly used medicines are available in the shopping center to meet up the different needs of customers.

Apart from Ikea and Suning Appliance Group, Wuhan Livat Shopping Center houses companies and brands like Auchan Hypermarket, Jinyi Cinema, Decathlon, Zara, Mango, H&M, C&A, Gap and Uniqlo. Besides, there are food and beverage outlets and entertainment areas for children. Over 90 restaurants offering various kinds of cuisines such as Korean and Japanese food, hotpot, barbecue and desserts.
