4. Changsha International Marathon
Changsha International Marathon has been held annually in Changsha city, Central China's Hunan province, in October or November since 2015. Jointly sponsored by the Chinese Athletic Association, Hunan Sports Bureau and Changsha municipal government, the event was upgraded to the China Athletics Association Top Event in 2017.
Aiming at promoting Changsha's international status at a higher level and strengthening the city's development potential and vitality, the event provides a platform allowing people to get to know the city better. It is expected to give a boost to its long-term development.
In the future, the organizing committee will devote itself to improving the level of service and standards of the marathon in order to make the Bronze Label Road Race list.

5. Xiangjiang Marathon Changsha Station
Running since January 2016, the Xiangjiang Marathon is held in Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan and Hengyang in April or May every year.
Jointly organized by the Changsha municipal bureau of sports, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan and Hengyang municipal bureaus of culture, radio, television and press, the event is geared towards strengthening the protection of the Xiangjiang River, a major tributary of the Yangtze River, and offering help towards its green development.
Under the guidance of the Hunan Sports Bureau, the four cities reached a cooperation agreement to set up the Xiangjiang Sports League, aiming to boost the growth of high-quality sport games and activities in the region, including marathons, basketball, football and water sports.
6. China (Changsha) International Intelligent Manufacturing Expo
Launched in 2000, the China (Changsha) International Intelligent Manufacturing Expo (CCEME) is held in every May in Changsha. CCEME commits to providing services to industrial manufacturers in Central China and facilitating the upgrading and transformation of traditional manufacturing industries, as well as accelerating digitization, networking and intelligence.
Over 19 years of development, the expo has become the most influential machinery industry exhibition with the largest scale in Central China, bringing in opportunities for leading manufacturers to engage in communication and exchange, business expansion and brand promotion.
This year's CCEME kicked off in Changsha on May 11, attended by more than 500 renowned manufacturers from home and abroad, including Hardinge, Mitsubishi Electric, Panasonic, Fronius and Penta Laser.
In the future, CCEME will devote itself to accelerating the growth of Hunan's intelligent manufacturing industry and achieving higher-end development.
