Changzhou TCM Hospital, first established in 1956, is a 3A-grade comprehensive hospital specializing in traditional Chinese medicine. It offers treatment, training, and rehabilitation, as well as conducting scientific research.

The hospital is affiliated to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and is also the teaching practice base for 12 higher education institutions, including Nanjing Medical University and Macau University of Science and Technology.

Currently, the hospital has three campuses, one is the main campus, one in the southern Changzhou area and another in Changzhou Stomatological Hospital. The hospital covers a total area of 35,600 square meters with overall floorage of 126,700 sq m.

It has 76 clinical departments and medical laboratories, providing 1,000 beds and 102 dental chairs. The hospital now employs 1,575 staff members, with 311 of them holding senior titles.

Since 2016, the hospital has established four diagnosis and treatment centers combining TCM and Western medicine for coronary heart disease, rachiopathy, and inflammatory bowel disease, as well as providing treatment for women who have suffered repeated miscarriages.

In addition, the hospital has attached great importance to forming international partnerships. It has established links with 10 medical institutions from countries such as the United States, Germany, France, Japan and South Korea.
