At present, the hospital employs 4,504 staff members, with 305 holding senior titles and 592 employed as deputy senior specialists.

The hospital has 37 clinical departments and eight laboratories, including two national key specialties, namely internal hematology and orthopaedics, and eight national key clinical specialties such as an orthopedics department, hematology department, neurosurgery department and pharmacy.

In addition, the hospital offers advanced medical facilities such as positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET-CT), an extracorporeal circulation machine, an excimer laser system, and a hemodialysis machine.
