Sea intestine is a type of mollusk, with its translucent body looking like a piece of intestine, hence the name. It is only abound in Xiajahezi beach of Dalian, which not only boasts its high nutritional value, but also in its very delicious taste. Methods of eating sea intestines are not limited, being plain-fried or eaten as the filling for dumpling are all available.
