Huadong issued 50 million A-shares at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in December 1999. At present, the registered capital of the company is 14.58 million yuan ($217.14 million). The company and its main subsidiaries employ more than 8,000 people. In 2017, the company realized an operating revenue of 27.83 billion yuan.
