Longshan Lilac Valley

The lilac flower, native to China, is also known as early blooming lilac or broadleaf lilac. In the valley of Longshan, hundreds of thousands of wild lilac trees grow, and when spring time arrives, the blooming lilac flowers give off a pleasant smell. The scenery of birds atwitter and the fragrance of the flowers is widely popular, drawing visitors eager to be dazzled by the refreshing views, offering them a chance to escape from the hustle and bustle of urban life.

Location: Longshan Lilac Valley, Jinyuan district, Taiyuan, Shanxi province

Ticket price: 20 yuan for adults; 10 yuan for students; those aged 60 or above and disabled persons with valid certificate can enjoy free tickets.
