High-caliber talents

High-caliber talents recognized by the governments in Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos will be granted housing and living subsidies. Their children will enjoy the same treatment in education as local residents.

High-caliber talents needed in the areas can apply for a local residence permit and enjoy the same treatment as local talents.

Employment system

A flexible employment system will be piloted among government bodies and institutions that used to implement a lifelong employment system.

The construction of a Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos national independent innovation demonstration zone will be speeded up. The construction of Ordos into a national sustainable development agenda innovation demonstration zone will be promoted.
