In Shenyang, there are industrial bases related to modern construction walls, materials, equipment, and metal structures, as well as leading brands like Broad Group, Sekisui House, and Kajima. 

Shenyang will support the construction of an industrialized demonstration project by offering 50 million yuan ($7.44 million) annually. By 2020, the output value of the modern construction industry is expected to exceed 80 billion yuan and a strong technical system of construction industrialization, including a scientific and technological support system, will have been formed.
