Construction projects of another two key cooperative parks – Horgos Special Economic Zone in Kazakhstan and Jiangsu-Shinyanga Agricultural Industrial Park in Tanzania – are also listed in the document.

In addition, the province is planning to make full use of its advantages in cultural brands to enhance communication with countries involved in the BRI. Multilevel and wide-ranging exchanges in areas covering the humanities, science and education are expected to be carried out to elevate the level of mutual cooperation. Foreign affairs activities such as Study in Jiangsu and Silk Road Youth Tour will be further developed.

A new development pattern of exerting the superior characteristics of 13 cities in the province will be formed to showcase Jiangsu’s strengths in the countrywide construction of the BRI.
