The meeting called for stabilizing employment, with more investment channeled into preschool education, early childhood education in poor rural areas, and vocational education, ensuring safety of food and medicine, the workplace and traffic, and a long-term mechanism to maintain the sound development of the real estate market and adhering to the principle that "housing is for living in, not speculation."
