Aozao noodles

Aozao noodles or quick-fried fish and bittern duck noodles are one of the ten most famous noodles in China, according to a list by the China's Ministry of Commerce and China Hotel Association announced at the first China noodle culture festival in 2013. Its soup is the secret of its popularity, which is made by the scales, gills, meat and mucus of black carps.

In addition to its selective ingredients and delicious taste, it has three distinctive features: hot noodles, hot soup, and hot bow. Even in winter, a taste of these noodles may make you sweat.
