Plastic machine

Known as the "home of plastic machines", Ningbo has over 30,00 plastic machine manufacturers and 800 enterprises above designated size, with approximately half of the world's plastic machines produced in the city. 

World-renowned plastic machine enterprises, such as Demag from Germany, Sumitomo from Japan and Woojin Selex from South Korea, have all established branches in Ningbo.

In recent years, Ningbo's plastics industry has developed rapidly, becoming one of the largest plastics industry bases and trade distribution centers in China. The huge market for plastics has contributed to the development of the plastics machinery and accessories industry.
