Yantai Haichang Whale Shark Aquarium, situated at Yantai Haichang Fisherman's Wharf, is the world's first whale shark-themed aquarium.
The building is designed with a nautilus shape. It features ten areas displaying sharks, jellyfish, manatees, sea turtles, and corals. It offers visitors a splendid sea world with modern technology including lights, sounds and images.
