Tianjin Children's Hospital is a Grade Three Class A pediatric hospital integrating medical services, teaching, scientific research, disease prevention, health care and rehabilitation. It has 38 clinical and medical technology departments.
The hospital has built a complete discipline system consisting of 12 internal medicine departments -- neonates, endocrinology, respiration, digestion, intensive care, hematology, cardiology, nephrology, immunology, neurology, infection and emergency, and 11 surgery departments for burns, orthopedics, urology, and plastic surgery. In addition, there are departments of ear-nose-throat, TCM, ophthalmology, dental care, dermatology, psychology and anesthesiology, as well as TCM rehabilitation, language training, disease prevention and health care.
