By using a unique warpping method that uses sugar and cylinder furnace baking, the Liuyang Huibing is made of no less than 10 refined surface oiling procedures both externally and internally. After wrapping up the crisp outer layer, the cake is then filled with different kinds of ingredients, including flour, tea oil, sugar, malt sugar as a main ingredient and kumquat, little wormwood incense, cooked sesame seeds, the laurel blossoms oil and broken rocky sugar as accessories.

With a round and convex shape and light golden color, it is not only beautiful on the surface, but also tasty. The rich fillings and crispy outside will awe your taste buds upon biting in!
